Pic's From The Meet
Re: Pic's From The Meet
in that photo SANY0096.JPG you see me leaning on the wall watching with my video cam on the table in front of me on a mini tri-pod i wish this cam had one of them small mic's with it because i would of had it pined on Jerry the whole time you really can't hear much with it because it was just so loud in that place. I think me and the V8 P'UP was the only PUPs there that were gassers So i guess thats why i was the one to answer when they first started to use the 2.3L and when they stopped using the 2.3L carb motors lol
I don't know if i said this already but Thanks again to everyone that pitched in to help me get home because if noone would of pitched in i would not of gotten home. So thanks alot and Andy thank you for putting it together for me to beable to get something to eat while there and making it home. I don't think i have ever seen such kindness and again thanks because i was given enough money to make it home and to have something to eat on the way and also there was just enough when i got home to get the Front seal kit for my motor at advance so i can fix the oil leak i was so worried about going up there. Everyone was just so vary nice to me and my 86 spacecab LS gasser

You're welcome, Kris. Jesus showed me His love and compassion for us at the very 1st Easter, it was the least we could do for you!
Maybe you can convert the video to digital so we can all see it. How about it?
Take care,
Andy

One correction puttputtinpup:
My 86 turbo didn't make it due to a cracked fire wall found the day before the meet.
Did anyone happen to get a pic of the blue rings on my headlights lit up? I didn't get one.

For those who missed the event, V8pup made an impressive entrance, just revving the engine as he drove by our line of P'ups. It turned a few heads, and I think there was no question about who it was!V8pup wrote:Hey everyone,

So was my truck everyone thought it would be? Everyone had vary nice trucks and i just hope everyone thought the same of mine. I feel a little ashamed to be one of only 2 people there in gassers but I think i prefer my gasser over the diesel version but i think i would have to have the Turbo diesel version of my truck before i say for sure

Re: Pic's From The Meet
Even though I prefer diesels, I like the SpaceCabs, especially the LS ones. Like me, you still have some work to do on it. I think I was the only one with big rust holes in the bed sides.N5638J wrote:So was my truck everyone thought it would be?
