Charlotte is about a 5-6 hour drive for me, pretty much rules me out. The March time frame leaves me out too as I think I will be wayyyyy down south for work. I'll play it by ear though I guess, My wife does have family in Charlotte that she would probably like to see.

well if everyone is putting both dates down how bout we narrow it down to the 16th. i am going out of town at the end of the month and that gives me a weekend in between. does that work? Also, the wife and i are toying around with spending the night, if anyone else wants to we can arrange to stay at the same hotel. let me know.

The thread above has March 15, 16 and 22 as possible dates. I'm good for Saturday March 15. We're about 3 hours away, so any time after 10:00 AM is OK.

Alright, I'm focusing on the 15th now. Sometime after 10am.
I'm in. The 16th ain't good for me. I have obligations at church on Sunday's, Britt plus I have to go to bed on Sunday afternoon. Go to work Sunday night.

So march 15th seems to be the popular day. As far as time goes, how about we meet at noon? That would give everyone time to get there, even those who run a little late (me). We would have plenty of time to hang out together and then go enjoy supper.

Works great for me and last few times i was at concord mills the parking lot between bass pro shop and circuit city has been pretty well empty so maybe we could meet up there
