How Can I post Pictures?

I have searched on here, opened a photobucket account, and still fail at being able to upload pictures. could someone please give me the step by step? thank you!!

Please don't use photobucket, just attach the photos to your posts. Step by step? Try this FAQ. If it's not clear, see Andy's video that it links to. If you still need help, reply back here.
