Thanks for letting me join the group. I have a 1985 Chevy S-10 with the Isuzu 2.2 liter. I look forward to learning more about this engine as I inherited this from my grandfather. Thanks, Mike

Mike, welcome to the site. Your profile says your S-10 has a P'up engine. Can you clarify that? It's important, because there are some differences between the factory GM version of the C223, and the version used in the P'up. One of those differences is the water pump, which you are looking for.

So, was this a factory C223, or was it a swap from a P'up?

They're all C223s.
