Idle is good on truck 2.2 non turbo , question is when I have a/c on it really big the idle down , it does have a vacuum / self adjustment idle on it ( if u want to call it that ) . Where does that that vacuum line hook up to I can’t seem to find anywhere it goes on intake or airbox etc .. any help would be great , thank

That vacuum actuator may be bad. Draw a vacuum on a hose connected to the actuator. See if it leaks down. If okay, a hose should run from that actuator to a small black vacuum switch located I think on the inner fender near the horn. Looks like a fat wasp with no wings...lol. it'll have a plug on it with a 2wire connector. It'll have I think 2 hoses. In and out. When energized it opens vacuum from the pump (behind the alternator. Make sure those hoses aren't cracked) That switch gets an on & off signal from a temp sensor at the thermostat. When engine cold, it sends 12v to the switch and opens vacuum to the idle actuator/servo which pulls the idle up to a high idle. When sensor gets warm, it turns off the vacuum
