I got a message from Ed last night, and the meet will go on as planned. He gave me permission to post his address, and if you plan on coming and have not stated it, let me know so Ed can better plan for the food.
So far I have these who have said they're coming, or might be coming.

Check with quicknotslow. He's helping Ed out with this meet. You could try sending Ed a PM I know he's been a bit busy, so he may or may not respond soon.

Hey guys,

I'm dropping Pam off on the 25th so she can get us ready for the meet. Just come on down, Ill have a sign in the front yard, just pull into the yard if there's been no rain recently, if it rains the day before we will have to do some creative parking on my back road.

Im going to see if I can get us a discount at the local motel, I will post results tomorrow or the next day I hope.

We are having pit BBQ fresh cooked by my father-in-law and all the fixins. I would ask a donation of 5 bucks at the door to cover the meat costs - should cover everything.

Directions from I295 - take the 360 exit (exit 37a), drive towards Tappahannock for about 16 miles, then turn right on highway 30. Drive EXACTLY 4.8 miles and then turn left on East spring forest drive (dont turn early at 3.6 miles on the first instance of east spring forest, its a loop) go about a hundred feet and turn right on the gravel road. My house is right there, you cant miss all the pups and troopers in the yard and the big yellow garage.

Send me a message if you need anything - through the board.

See yall there!

Glad to see it's coming together. I'd encourage members to "confirm" their plans to attend in this thread (including guests). Let's see a new record attendance!

Confirming. I'm hoping my brother (Who gave me my first pup) can come with me. He just donated his gall bladder to science, so still iffy.

Last night(early this morning) I drove from Charlotte through Richmond to Fredricksburg. Saturday I will get off work that morning, and drive from Winston Salem, to Ed's place. If you guys eat before we get there, save my wife and I a plate of food! Yes, she may come along just so I don't crash my little Pup. Isn't she thoughtful!?

I'm sorry to say it but it looks like I will not be able to make it, the trooper needs an alignment and has an exhaust leak.
