Hi DieselJeep.
Just wanted to say thanks for doing this for the group.
And regarding the price, you'll probably be able to get back to the earlier prices once the post inflationary crash brings the entire world economy to its knees. Always looking for the bright side!
Have a great day,
Eric Q.

Re: Need a receiver hitch for a 1995 pickup. What other models are the same?
I used this one.
It's generic and fits a number of frame widths.
I had to make the angle brackets so that I could use existing holes on both the frame and the hitch so everything is reversible.
Good luck,
Eric Q.

Mark, with the 4 wheel drives can you disconnect the rear axle and only drive the front axle via the transfer case? I thought the rear axle was engaged anytime the front was.

Re: rusty diesel
Makes me smile when I see references to something I've done... Even if it has been a while now. Hey Wally, the '74 will be just like my '75 in that you'll need to fabricate motor mounts. If you get a '76 or newer, the mounts should work w/o modification. A diesel was offered in the first generation ...

Is this a running vehicle that could be moved under it's own power and for how long do anticipate the holding would be required?

Re: Retrofitting "other make" turbos onto a N/A C223
Ahhh, don't get discouraged. Do as joeshmoe44883 mentions and pick up a used eclipse/talon turbo. I've bought two of them for $50 each off craigslist. One could use a rebuilt but the other is totally usable. I'm working on my exhaust manifold for it right now so I can't comment on spool up rpms and ...

Hi cooter1987. Welcome from another Auburn, WA member. Do you have a canopy on your truck? I've seen one around town (and frequently at the donut shop by Godfathers). Is that you? I called budget wrecking a couple years back regarding the upgraded transmission that is recommended here. They said the...
