Well, it's pretty even if it isn't practical. If I were to get in it, someone would have to help me get out!!

Mike
Would you even want to get out? How about swapping a Pup body onto that frame? That would be cool

Re: Veggie oil filtering

All I know about the veggie fuel thing is that the young lady who bought my perfectly running 82 pup ran veggie in it. It seemed to have negatively affected the injection pump. I don't know what became of my little pup after that.

Re: Newbie

Just picked up an 82, c223 longbed. Thanks for this forum. Are heater cores still nearly obsolete? Whats the best online parts supplier used frequently? Some have successfully fabbed up a replacement with an old 70s model ford truck heater core. A good radiator guy can help with the mod. Check salv...

Re: Heater Core Replacement

I'm not an expert at all, but have you done a compression test? Paul would probably know what to chk next I have not, I will definitely do that before taking the head off. I've never done a diesel compression test. I found directions on how to on this site but have been unsure of which diesel compr...

Re: 92 pickup clutch replacement

I was thinking the rear cross member was removable on the newer trucks. The older pups were not but at least on 87 maybe 86 the transmission cross member could come out. I could be wrong. It's been years
