My name is Jeff and I am from Idaho and planning to put a 2.6 in my little pickup which has a 2.3 and that has 260 thousand miles.

Hi, Jeff.

Just curious, and I don't want to get too deep into tech stuff in an Intro thread--
But so you already have a 2.6, or is that just the plan? The 2.6 is normally mated to the stronger MUA-5 transmission. That transmission also has a noticeably higher o/d ratio. I'm not sure that makes a difference, but just FYI.
