2.3 head on 2.6

Postby korbin22 » Tue May 15, 2018 11:09 pm

So I’m pretty sure I just bent a push rod. I was thinking I could just get a 2.6 block and use my 2.3 head since I just redid it less than a month ago. If I did this I heard performance is better and compression is high so I would have to use premium gas. So is this possible and if so what parts do I need to use from the 2.3 and what parts from the 2.6. I plan to stay carb and I have a Weber 38.

Moderators: this needs to be moved to the correct topic since it looks like it's about gasoline engines, not diesel.
