10 year "re-introduction"!

It has been about 10 years since I sold my little "Scrappy". I have seen it around town at least once a year getting worse and worse... SO, for better or worse, when it popped up on FB Marketplace a month ago I had to go "just take a look". ...and I couldn't help myself... I bought it, again! It still runs good, drives well, and needs a lot of work... but it is SO cute!

Since he needs a lot of little parts I also found a parts truck (gas, not diesel)... BUT it is in such good condition that I can't bring myself to part it out yet (very little to NO rust)! Maybe have a toy AND a practical P'up. It only drove in 4th and discovered the broken transmission input shaft. Now is the tough decision... find a tranny and pay lots of $$ (there are NO trannys in all of Alaska), or make 2 into 1?
Since this is just a "re-introduction" I'll leave out the search for the regular forum.

I was suprised and excited to see my login still worked! It's good to see the site still going strong and look forward to becoming a P'up owner again!

Welcome back, Nate. Seems you had a video somewhere of Scrappy in the snow. Or am I just imagining that? :D

Thanks! I had 3 little videos of playing around. This one was my favorite... A fun little trail-exploring at -15°f.

Ok... I think I must now fix the "parts" truck... I found these under the seat!
The original purchase agreement; bought 10/30/85, for $10,556 and they traded in a '78 Ranger for it.
Clean owners manual, warranty book, and it's too bad the "Space-Age Anti-Rust" and "Quiet Ride" warranties only the original owner. "...for as long as you own your car, with no limitations on mileage." Offical color: Crimson Maple.

In the antique and art circles, they call that kind of stuff "provenance". It confirms authenticity.
