Jim--

Thanks for the heads up on the weather. I will bring an umbrella.

I have not seen much chatter here lately. Hope everyone is still coming. Don't want to travel a long ways to an empty parking lot :? The trip would still be good though.

I see there is a email group of West Coast members with 106 members. It looks like it was made in 2007. Is the list being updated? I think we should send out a notice to the list. Any thought given to an agenda, food, etc. ????

Jim, it's an "open" group, so people are free to come and go as desired. Joining does not require approval, so I don't know how current it is. Here's the group, for those who haven't yet found it:

Will people be bringing parts? Ive got a few bins of things that I don't really need but hold onto that I'd either trade or sell...

Well I've got my schedule all cleared up for Saturday, so I'll be there!

Have we established a time to have us all be there at? I'm going to be setting off pretty early, and I hope to reach Rainer between 10:00 and 11:00. A few family things popped up, so I will be making the trip there and back in one day.

The parts idea sounds good, I don't have any spare parts but I would definitely be up buying some stuff!

I think its great for you guys in the great northwest to have this meet . I wish I could be there. The problem I see though is that Dave lives so close, we won't have a Dave's great adventure to keep up with this year. That was great last year monitoring his progress. Whoever travels the farthest will have to step up and give us an adventure to keep up with. Phil

i plan on having the 3 types of 4wd MSG trany's there to help people identify the differences.
last time i was short the early type 4sp..

as well as a msg HYD clutch assembly i pulled off a impulse trans that i sold.

some containers of WVO and what it looks like after it settles out.

then for sale..

i have one or two O'ring kits for the vac pump.

got that 4wd LUV with no engine or trans in it that's for sale, ill see about getting it down there..

then there's a bear cab, every thing is removed just a cab that's 99.6% rust free..

have a 84 4wd gas pup that's not road worthy type rusty, but has a good blue dash though i do want to keep the seats.
the floor area is good if i remember right, they could be cut out and used in a different cab.

set of the 15X6 alowy rims

I'd be interested in a rear bumper that is straight.

Send me a P.M. if you're interested in selling one!

And are those 15x6 wheels the Pickup/Rodeo style?

there the ones a pre 88 LS trooper has before the over size tire package that used 15X7s with 31" tires
i think Jack is running a set with lower profile tires on his 2wd pup

there's two types, this is the more common one.
i got em with snow tires on them with 30% tread thinking i could get a few winters out of them if i only put them on at times there really needed, but ive never mounted them up to a auto.
