The c223 will bolt up to your tranny and use same engine mounts as the your c190.

C223 will have better mileage, but way less power.

a C223 with no turbo is 57/62 hp 2.2L

a C223-T is about 85~hp 2.2L

a 4JB1-T is about 100+hp 2.8L

for us up here, in the states it cost $2,500/4,000 to inport one 4JB1-T engine with a 4x4 5 speed trans, since it was never sold state side :(
its why most of us do not have one, its the cost of getting one. :(

a 4JB1-T is much simpaler to find parts for in your area id bet.
since its a newer engine and was sold in autos when new, out side the usa.
unlike here...............

The 4JB1-T requires a body lift in order to fit in a P'up. It fits into the pickups (after 1987) without a lift.
