And now we DO! :)

Others, feel free to join in! I have nothing to add, because mine is getting "overhauled" at the moment. Jerry says the moving parts are at the balance shop, which is "COVERED UP RIGHT NOW". It's gonna be sweet when it gets home. :)

As for the Amigo, I just DROVE it today.

I checked my transmission oil. I do it every week because it has a leak. Hey wait a minute. This not going to get like a bunch of women on facebook telling every time they go to Walmart is it? haha, Phil

The Amigo is in my garage. But I'm guessing you meant the P'up. It's in Jerry's shop (or his back yard while waiting for the balance shop to finish with the rotating parts). I gave him a LONG punch-list that included overhauling (and balancing) the engine. He agreed to take on this project, provided I don't get in a hurry. ;) He's projecting a mid-June completion. Then assuming I'm employed, I plan to find a good body shop to deal with the exterior--then an interior shop to spiff it up inside.

No, one single topic should work fine for this. No need for a section, it's all just one question, open to all to answer. They have almost the exact same topic--"What have you done to your Isuzu this week?" on the PlanetIsuzoo forum.

Today I removed the bed for paint.
I also tried some 15x10 steelies and decided to make plans in making the axle shorter.

I replaced the seal in the power steering pump this week, two weeks ago I replace the o-ring in the fuel adjust on the IP. Prior to this I did the rear shoes and cylinders. I'm slowly catching of some of the things I've been putting off.

Changed the glow plugs on the babe magnet! Fired right up!
Something amusing did happen after I changed them. As I was cleaning my tools a young man came up to me (I did this in the dorm parking lot) to offer his assistance which i politely declined and said "thanks for the offer, but I just finished changing my glow plugs, thanks again though" and he responded "I am pretty sure this car doesn't use glow plugs..." ...I could have killed him... I mean seriously... All I did was just look at him and say "yeaaaah, you just go on ahead and keep thinking that" I should mention the car was running as this short conversation took place.

Hey, I remember 40 or so years ago being that same young man who knows everything. It is amazing what we forget as we grow older and experienced.

Did my timing belt on the babe magnet! Had not been done in about 150k or so! Belt was a little stretched. New one is (nice and taught. Interestingly enough the belt didn't crack when I bent it. But it had some frayed spots along the edges
