If you can find some one to do, it have your hubs re-drilled. There is info over on http://forums.luvtruck.com/index.php?si ... 87e53041d4 if you can't find the answer here.

you can do it with a toyota hub all you need to do is use the isuzu inner bearing and toyota outter i believe and use a spacer on your caliper mount. the ssm forum mentioned above will have more specific details. but the toyota 5 lug pattern is different from the chevy

I just did the 5 lug conversion on my '90 Pickup. All you need is some late '80s to mid '90s Toyota rotors and a couple washers between the Isuzu caliper brackets and spindle. Just be sure the caliper bracket is centered on the rotor. The 'Yota bearings and seals stay in there. The Toyota rotors are Ford 5x 4.5in pattern.

Hello
I have a 89 space cab w/front and rear disc factory.
Can I just have all the hubs drilled to a 5 lug pattern and still use the factory calipers/pads?
Thanks
