Just my 2 cents I'm guessing your radiator is clogged...but... I've been running a 180 degree thermostat recommended for a GM 350 cu inch engine for years...temp runs...just below mid center on dash gage I also put anti collapse springs in all hoses No overheat problems for years..... my gauge does...

question is can you run the pups without thermostat? Mine keeps overheating and forcing water out overflow reservoir. can i run it without temporarily. The sensors wires are busted flush at the tops any suggestions?

your probably correct i plugged it in last nite and 1st turn this morning it cranked. ill get a hold of jerry and check on some new plugs is there even away to tell if there bad or not? or can you just clean them?
