Jack,
I was digging through my files and found the diagram. I forgot I had it.
Thanks for your assistance.

Re: Installing EGR Blow by - Need Help
Jack,
Thanks for the photo... Perfect! I see the plastic check valve, which I forgot to ask about. I see the bolt mount in relation to the Oil sender, so I have a pretty good idea where it needs to mount.
Do you think my hook up photos I posted are correct?

Re: Installing EGR Blow by - Need Help
I'm not sure what to call it. It's the ventilation system that was added to the Pup in 1984 or 85?

Re: 2017 west coast pup meet
Count me in!!! We need plenty of time to plan and promote this meet. I should have 3 projects complete within the next 6 - 9 months. I would be in favor of a late 2017 or 2018 meet. People need time to save the money and to plan for a long distance trip, Visa, etc. If we can get a commitment from on...

Re: Super Trooper Restoration
I fine tuned the cardboard fuel tank prototype. The filler connections are 1 3/4" O.D. and the vents are 1/2" O.D.

Yupp.... Here are the latest photos. Trim Package on. I only installed the fender flares. The running board plastic pieces were left off. I'll installed rock sliders from Rocky Road Outfitters. Re: Super Trooper Restoration
I've been getting quite a few requests for more detailed information regarding glow plug controller, gas gauge hookup, Diesel Tach and many of the smaller, but important, details. Rest assured I'm planning to fully document these details as I get to them. You may want to do a work around to get your...

Re: Super Trooper Restoration
The rocker panels and the fender flares use the Rust-oleum bed liner. This is a lower cost alternative to having it professionally sprayed. You can get it in the can as well. I used the rattle can version. You can buy it at Home Depot in the paint section of the store. Warning!!! This stuff runs ver...

Re: Super Trooper Restoration
Sorry Guys. I've been offline for a while. If you have the Aisin-Warner TCM from a Gen 2 Big Horn Diesel then everything should be fine. Keep in mind that the USA Gas Aisin TCM from the 4 cylinder Gen 1 Trooper share the same connector but are internally different electrically. Specifically the Gen ...
