Re: 4x4 transfer case

Not that I am aware of. Two options find a different axle with differential on proper side or run a divorced transfer case. Toyota axles are about same width as stock Isuzu and have the differential on the proper side.

Re: Tach options for C223T

Look up Tiny Tach. Super simple and super easy to install. It attaches to injector line and detects the fuel pulse. Ran one for 6 years and never had a issue. Was very accurate. Also keeps track of MAX RPM and service intervals. Was under $100.

Re: C223T max boost?

My stock BOV on a turbo intake blew off at 9 pounds. I plugged it and ran consistently 13 pounds. I errored on the side of caution. It was on a NA motor with turbo manifolds. Here is what Jerry recommended to me. “12-14 WILL BE SAFE , WITH 16-18 UNDER LIGHT L;OADS WONT HURT ANYTHING . AS LONG AS YOU...

Re: Weird oil leak

After lots of research it looks like I didn’t deform the core plug enough to seal it properly. So hopefully 2nd try works. I found this write up for future reference. http://www.spriteparts.com.au/tech/welch.html
And here is a picture from same website.

Re: Weird oil leak

When I had it apart I checked those. I’m pretty certain it’s that plug. But I’ll check it again when I pull it apart....

Re: CSD delete

Update us on any issues starting in cold weather or any other problems. I’m curious. Mine has the power but the engine doesn’t always run consistently the same. Like RPM changes and more smoke sometimes. I’m leaning towards the CSD but it doesn’t bother me too bad.

Re: Weird oil leak

Ordered new seals from Jerry. They never leaked until I installed a turbo oil pump......maybe it has higher oil pressure.
Knock them sideways and pull them out?
Drive new ones in with bearing/race installer?
I’ll try the red loctite or some sealer.

Weird oil leak

I have had an oil leak for awhile and finally decided to address it...then I find this....it looks like the gold freeze plug looking plate is leaking. Any one ever seen this leak? Any other ideas? Looks like my rear seal is leaking and my transmission seal is leaking. I’ll contact Jerry and see if h...
