Once you pull injectors, you'll need to replace the washer!!!! If you haven't messed with them, I'd leave them be

Any chance this mod would work on a gas 2.3? If you want one for a gasser, that's usually all that's available out there. A shot in the dark. Maybe a hole in the EGR valve or spark advance diaphragms? Spray sone starter fluid (at your own risk) around the carb, manifold, vacuum lines, components. If it revs up steady, naybe a vacuum leak?

Pull the parking brake handle out a bit to theoretically take up some slaxk in the rear brake adjustment. If the pedal firms up some and grabs better with 1 pump, it could be the rear shoes are too far away from the drums. On the other hand, it could be a weak seals in the master cylinder....if flui...
